Attorney Profile

Marianne Rebel Brown, Esq. is a dedicated Social Security Disability attorney with a nationwide practice representing claimants in Social Security Disability (SSD) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims under All Federal jurisdictions. She is a graduate of New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts.

With over 15 years of  experience in Social Security Disability law, Ms. Brown has extensive experience representing both children and adults in SSD and SSI claims. Her practice includes comprehensive representation of claimants through all stages of the disability determination process, including handling hearings before Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) in federal proceedings. Ms. Brown's nationwide practice allows her to assist clients across the United States in securing the disability benefits they deserve.

Our experienced support team, led by Meg Szumowski, works closely with clients to ensure that the Social Security Administration receives the necessary medical records to support their claims. The application process can be daunting, and the paperwork difficult to complete. We help clients navigate the system effectively. We handle claims from the initial application as well as filing appeals if you have been previously denied.

In addition to her Social Security Disability practice, Ms. Brown brings over 30 years of experience in family law. Her family law background includes a focus on divorce, custody, visitation, and matters relating to domestic violence. While at South Jersey Legal Services, she coordinated a federal grant that funded representation of survivors of domestic violence.  Ms. Brown handles high-income divorces and has personal experience in Real Estate matters that assist with the equitable distribution of properties. She has extensive trial experience.

Our office serves clients nationwide for Social Security Disability matters and locally serves Gloucester, Camden, Cumberland, Salem, Burlington, Atlantic, Ocean, and Cape May Counties for family law matters.
